I see a lot of info out there in the self help +  spiritual circles about finding yourself.

What if your not lost?  What if you are just feel buried by other people’s opinions?

What if you feel just feel closed in by all the “shoulds” upon us in today’s world?

I believe we just need to get in touch with our inner wisdom and unleash who we really are.

We have to dive in and get in touch with the truth of who we really are and what we believe for ourselves on our own terms before we can unleash our real voice in the world.

Start showing up as the real you.

Isn’t it time to take a stand for your own personal truth?

Not the you you are at home, the other one one at work, the one at kids school and sporting activities, or the one at church.

When we are clear on how we want to feel, we can ditch being the people- pleaser or the chameleon.

We can stop wearing a different mask for each situation we find ourselves in.

What if we all got in touch with how we really want to feel?

How would we show up in the world then? How would we feel about ourselves?

What if we all had the courage to speak our truth?

Perhaps then it would be so much easier to show up as your true self if we were doing it together.  How cool would it be to feel supported?  understood?

My upcoming Virtual Desire Map workshop can be the catalyst for helping you discover how you want to feel and then show up in the world more empowered, confident and authentic.

Here you will have a safe space to feel more understood + supported.  Join us on this journey of standing in your own truth and begin to unleash who you really are, not hte person you think you should be.

Share your thoughts with me in the comments below.

Do YOU think we need to find ourselves?  Or do we just allow ourselves to shake of all the BS and become more of who we already are?

I’d love to know what you think.

Have a great week!

Much Love,
