Kristin is an energy medicine practitioner that has studied and tested, in her words, "an embarrassingly large number of different energy modalities". In her first act in life, she was an engineer and a scientist, so her passion really lies in the evidence-based energy methods that are strongly rooted in science. After more than two decades of studying, experiencing and trying different approaches, she has found herself firmly walking on her spiritual path and truly tapping into the power to create her own health and the life of her dreams. And while she believes that there is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to energy work, she is able to help others align their life with their intuition and purpose by providing simple but effective energy experiences that are customized to match her clients needs.
